Music Therapy Services

I understand that each individual that comes to me is just that: an individual. A person who has gone through their own struggles, their own tribulations, has their own history, and thinks of the world through their personal perspective. I take great pride in having a multi disciplinary approach to my therapy, offering a wide range of services and going down the path that I think will help you the most!

Expressive
Music
Journaling

A music therapy audio journaling and self-reflexive process technique I created. It is a technique involving being vulnerable in the moment, and exploring those feelings. If you are in search of a new way to express yourself, and to learn about yourself as part of a living musical journal, let’s begin an Expressive Music Journal together. This process is three steps and takes anywhere from 4 months to 1+ year(s) to complete.

Music
Psychotherapy

A form of music therapy in which the therapist and client work together using music as the means of communication, discussion, and healing. This work would include guided relaxations, receptive techniques, improvisational work, and song sharing. If you are in search of something, let’s work to find it through music.

Gender
Affirming
Music
Psychotherapy

All of the work I do as a music therapist is queer-theory based as I strive for a radically inclusive practice, but this specific type of music psychotherapy exists to help queer and trans people with community-specific problems (transitioning, fear, depression, loneliness). Let this type of work exist for you to help you in any way you need.

Trauma-Informed,
Person-Centered
Psychotherapy

A form of psychotherapy that puts the individual first, instead of their mental illness. This is to better understand the client, as well as helping them through therapy sessions that are safe, comfortable, and non-triggering. All of this is with the intention of overcoming trauma, both past and present.

Prices are Flexible

Currently, I do not accept any forms of insurance. However, I do work with clients to offer affordable services depending on their financial status. Being part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I strive to offer affordable sessions for the people within my community

While my primary focus is music therapy, I do offer “talk therapy” as well. However, I implore all my clients to explore different avenues of the therapies I offer.

Sometimes all we need is a change of perspective!

I require clients to sign up with IVYPay, a HIPAA-Regulated payment service. Clients can pay me however they choose (see below), but IVYPay is required in case of a no-call-no-show.

I accept all major forms of payment: Cash (in-person only), Card (through IVYPay), Paypal, CashApp, and Venmo!
